To commemorate Uyo Kinran's 250th anniversary (plus 3 years), we have specially bottled a limited edition sake (250 bottles) with serial numbers. (Note: Due to the sudden passing of the previous brewery owner, no commemorative events could be held at the time of the 250th anniversary.)

This luxurious sake is an unfiltered, undiluted sake made from "Dewasansan" rice polished in-house to 40%, then collected drop by drop through bag-hanging without mechanical pressing, and carefully aged for one year at -5°C in cold storage, allowing it to deepen in flavor and mellow out.
