A single malt Japanese whiskey that can be said to be the "origin" of Yusa Distillery's house style.
For the key malt, we use unblended sake that has been aged in Mizunara barrels, a rare Japanese oak, and we also vat unblended sake that has been aged in bourbon barrels and sherry barrels.
The aroma and taste are characterized by a fruity base typical of Yusa Distillery, with pleasant vanilla and slight peat aromas. It has a complex flavor that combines the richness of Quercus oak with a mellowness.
