This wine is made from precious grapes harvested by Takanohana, who struggles in the abandoned farmland of Kaminoyama every day with the strength of an elephant, defying the wind and rain.

It is brewed by Alfiore in Miyagi and is a wonderful natural wine made without any additives or filtration. It has a gentle mouthfeel and allows you to directly taste the flavor of the grapes, so we would be honored if you would take this opportunity to pair it with some delicious food to add some color to your table.

Grapes: Takanohana Kamiyama Shimoiyo Farm Delaware 100%

This wine is brewed in the country style, pressing the whole bunch and bottling before fermentation is complete. The result is a wine that allows you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the grapes, and when you drink it, you are enveloped in a refreshing, fresh fruitiness and gentle bubbles, so it is a special wine to enjoy when you want to relax after a hard day's work (wild yeast, no additives, unfiltered, reduced pesticides) .

*Notes below label: Store in a cool, dark place. When uncorking, it may erupt quite strongly. We strongly recommend chilling it thoroughly and opening it slowly in a bowl, rather than opening it all at once, to release the gas. Also, because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.), but these are ingredients derived from grapes, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
