This is a wine made with the play I felt during the assemblage of another version of "GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 (GNY)". Imagine a more fatty and fragrant meat dish with the softness of Merlot and the maroon flavor of Berry A. For example, lamb ribs or Genghis Khan.
"GNY" was made while thinking about a wide range of meat dishes, so I think this "back" will allow you to enjoy the fun of "Japanese grapes" more. Since it is lactic acid fermented in the bottle, it will "sizzle" when it is opened. And the change on the second day after opening is tickling. The slight carbonation is gone, and the wine itself is wrapped in the heavy "milk" scent, with just the right amount of tannin and acidity. To the taste that makes you want to drink while stuffing your cheeks with semi-hard cheese. It was the 2019 version of `` back meat '' that was completed on a whim, but I continued to make it with the `` idea blend '' in the 2022 version. Enjoy it cold or at room temperature.
