Uyo Kinran Junmai Daiginjo Sake "Sepaku"

A pure rice daiginjo sake made using white koji for sake and wine yeast.
It features the refreshing acidity of the citric acid from the white koji and the fruity aroma from the wine yeast. It is a low alcohol content of around 12% and comes in a 500ml bottle so that even those who are not used to drinking sake (who mainly drink sours and highballs) can try it out.
