Junmai Daiginjo sake made with white koji for sake and wine yeast.
It features the refreshing acidity of citric acid derived from white koji and fruity aromas from wine yeast. With a low alcohol content of around 12%, it's bottled in 500ml size so that even those who are not accustomed to drinking sake (and primarily drink sours or highballs) can pick it up and try it.
