This sake is a Junmai Daiginjo, brewed with local "Dewasansan" sake rice polished down to 40%, yet its price is surprisingly comparable to a Junmai Ginjo. Its elegant and smooth taste is captivating.
It is a "pure Yamagata sake" made entirely from Yamagata ingredients, using Yamagata yeast and Oryza Yamagata (koji mold), and is a must-drink in autumn.
