Junmai Daiginjo Yamagata Sanka 2023
"Yamagata Sanko" is a junmai daiginjo produced by the Yamagata Prefecture Sake Brewers Association with the goal of producing Yamagata Prefecture's highest quality = the world's highest quality sake.
The raw material rice is "Snow Goddess" developed as sake rice for Daiginjo in Yamagata Prefecture. We use rice that has won the Sake Rice Association Chairman's Award. And it is brewed by the brewery that won the top grades in the evaluation of the sake made by the snow goddess judged by the Yamagata Prefecture Sake Brewers Association. Yamagata Sanko is a junmai daiginjo brewed with the best Yamagata sake rice of the year by the brewery that has the most abundant production of the year.
This year, three breweries, Sakata Shuzo (Sakata City), Wada Shuzo (Kahoku Town), and Higashi no Fumoto Shuzo (Nanyo City), are in charge of brewing sake using sake rice from Shinjo City's Atsushi Onuma (59).
Please enjoy the works of each brewery in a temperature range of 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, which is not too cold, and in a slightly larger sake vessel, so that you can fully enjoy the aroma, taste, and aftertaste. We promise to serve the best Japanese sake, elegant and beautiful.
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator below 5°C, as the flavor will change at room temperature.
