This is Yamagata Masamune's signature Junmai Ginjo sake.
The fifth-generation head brewer, Mr. Mitobe, is himself a big fan of "Omachi" (commonly known as "Omachist"). It has a distinctive tropical fruit aroma, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the delicious flavor of the rice spreads throughout your mouth.
