"Sakemirai" is the juiciest sake in the Yamagata Masamune lineup. The unpasteurized version is released in March, and the once-pasteurized (nama-zume) version in September.
Don't chill it too much; the delicious umami and acidity particularly expand around 15-20℃. The subtle carbonation also contributes to a pleasant and modern finish.
