When I visited the brewery in June, I drank sake, and at that time, the mild flavor was wonderful.
It is a pure rice sake with a dry yet soft umami and sharp taste that has been aged over the summer in low temperature storage. You can enjoy it with a wide range of compatibility regardless of Japanese, Western, and Chinese.
