This is a limited-edition sake that is made from the brewery's popular standard sake "Super Spicy Junmai" and is bottled raw after being wrapped in a cage. The active ingredients still remain, and the bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle arouse the desire to drink.
It has a refreshing taste full of citrus juice, so it has a well-balanced finish that will appeal to a wide range of people without being afraid of the "very dry" notation!
*We use a perforated cap, but please store it vertically and refrigerate it so that it does not boil over.
