This Junmai Daiginjo is made entirely of "Yuki Goddess" produced by the Takahata-cho Sake Rice Research Association, the hometown of Yonezuru. The fragrant fruity aroma and beautiful, soft, sharp taste are unique to Snow Goddess. Please enjoy and think about the scene where the brewers and sake brewers spare no effort and pour their heart and soul into brewing sake.
