This summer, we will be bringing you the most delicious sake from the brewery, Yonezuru Sake Brewery!

*Yonezuru Sake Brewery is the winner of the Gold Award at the 2023 National New Sake Tasting Competition.

For this sake, member stores of the Japan Famous Sake Association gather at the Yonezuru brewery for the "Hatsu Nomi-kiri" (first drinking event), where they carefully examine the state of the sake produced at this time of year and offer the tastiest sake to customers.
The selection method involves tasting five brewed sakes in a completely blind manner and voting, then tasting the top three items again and the sake with the most votes will be selected and released.
