This summer, we will bring you the most delicious sake from the brewery, Yonezuru Sake Brewery!

*Yonezuru Sake Brewery has won the gold medal at the National New Sake Tasting Competition for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

For this sake, member stores of the Japan Famous Sake Association gather at the Yonezuru brewery for the "Hatsu Nomi-kiri" (first drinking event), where they carefully examine the state of the sake produced at this time of year and offer the tastiest sake to customers.
The selection method was to taste five brewed sakes in a completely blind manner and vote, then the top three items were tasted again and the sake with the most votes was selected as the winner.
