This rosé sparkling sake is made by trapping carbon dioxide in a rosé-colored sake that utilizes pigments derived from yeast, offering a refreshing effervescence.

The sweet and sour notes, reminiscent of fruits like strawberries, cherries, plums, apples, and acerola, combine with the refreshing carbonation to create a highly drinkable experience.
It makes an excellent aperitif and pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, but it harmonizes particularly well with oily dishes. Please enjoy it well chilled.
