A collaboration between a craft beer brewery born in Sendai City and Satoya, a long-established confectionery shop in Yamagata, has been created.
This product lavishly uses 100% ripe plum puree, which is the ingredient of Satoya's famous confectionery "Noshiume."
For the best flavor, serve at a temperature that is not too cold (10-15°C)!

It's not too sweet on the palate, with a refreshing acidity that spreads on the finish and aftertaste, making it a versatile match for various dishes.
