This sake is made using Yamagata yeast YK-2408, which produces a lot of malic acid, and Yamagata yeast NF-KA, and has an alcohol content of 17%, giving it a rich, sweet and sour taste.
Enjoy it casually and freely, as it can be served as is, chilled, on the rocks, or even mixed with soda (1:1)!
