Suzuki Sake Brewery's first standard sake, "Iwaki Hisashi Tairyo Celebration Konpeki," brewed at the brewing facility at Michi-no-Eki Namie, is now available.
The label design is based on Namie's image of a big fishing flag, and the auspicious cranes and tortoises, the mountains of the Abukuma Mountains, and the Izumida River are depicted with salmon energetically running up the river. The rice used is local Koshihikari rice. The fresh, clear, and clear taste is so high quality that you wouldn't believe it's made with rice! You can see a series of careful work from raw material processing to moromi management to bottling. The "big catch flag series", which will become a standard in the future, is a must-see.
