This is a lightly sparkling white wine made primarily from Delaware grapes, blended with Steuben. No antioxidants added.

The aroma is characterized by the distinctive sweetness of table grapes mixed with the green notes of herbs. The flavor is notably a sweet and sour fruitiness reminiscent of fresh apples. The fizziness is not strong, so you can enjoy its refreshing crispness by chilling it well, or you can elevate its mellow flavor by serving it at a slightly warmer temperature if you prefer.
