This new sake, unpasteurized sake, has been very popular every year and this year marks the sixth year it has been released from the brewery.
The local sake rice "Yuki-Megami" used for Daiginjo sake is polished to 50%. A 1.8L bottle usually sells for over 4,000 yen, but this product is only 2,300 yen excluding tax.
By using rice of a lower quality, this "ordinary sake made to Junmai Daiginjo standards" is a delight to drinkers.
