The juice is extracted from whole bunches of fully ripe Niagara grapes from our own vineyard, and then fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days.
This dry wine is characterized by its gorgeous aroma of white flowers, nectar, and muscat, as well as its mild acidity and refreshing taste.

Voyage means "journey" in French, and we created the winery "Voyage de Youai" with the idea of a "journey of friendship" in mind.
This is where a journey that connects people through wine begins in the fertile land of Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture.
Although the people who work here have disabilities, they are able to connect and interact with many people through winemaking.
We hope to create opportunities for interaction that will revitalize the local area and bring together people of all kinds with smiles and fun.
It was with this idea in mind that we built our winery in this location.
