A new product made using 100% "Yuki-Megami" sake rice, locally produced in Haguro.
This is a slightly sparkling nigori sake that has undergone secondary fermentation in the bottle. The bottom of the bottle is filled with the luxurious and rich umami extract of Yuki-Goddess. After drinking the clear liquid on top, we recommend making it into nigori sake and enjoying it at your own pace!
It has a dense lees, so you can mix it with strong soda to enjoy it even more. The dry aftertaste goes great with yakitori, yakiniku, and Chinese food.
