This is a chilled undiluted version of the brewery's signature Junmai sake, "Miracle 77."
This rich, dry sake is made using "Dewa no Sato" rice, a specially cultivated variety certified by the Yamagata Agricultural Support Center. It has a rich, mellow flavor and a crisp aftertaste. It is best enjoyed chilled (at room temperature) or warmed.
(The number "77" represents the rice polishing rate of 77%)
