This is a freshly pressed new sake of "Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 55%," a brand that Takeno Tsuyu's proprietress Kozue loves so much that she calls it her eternal idol sake. It is mellow yet light. Drinking this sake will let you experience the taste of Hakuro Tareju.
