"Junmai Ginjo Reviving 3.11"
“Just as one drop of water or one grain of rice becomes sake, the circle of compassion and spirit is limitless.”
After the 3.11 Great East Japan Earthquake, the sake brewery "Suzuki Sake Brewery" made a fresh start from the port town of "Namie Town" in Fukushima Prefecture to "Nagai City" in Yamagata Prefecture.
At the same time, people who evacuated from Fukushima Prefecture to Nagai City worked together to operate the Fukuko Farm, and brewed sake using the rice ``Sawa no Hana'' grown by them. It is a special sake that symbolizes the reconstruction of the earthquake disaster that was also involved in.
*A portion of the sales of "Reviving" will be used for educational activities for children and students who were evacuated due to the 3.11 earthquake through the boards of education of each local government.
