Made using 100% "Dewasansan", a rice variety suitable for sake brewing grown in Yamagata and polished in-house.
This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Yamagata koji and yeast, and is made with Yamagata underground water. It features a mild ginjo aroma and soft umami flavor. It has a light finish and goes well with meals.
