In 2024, the motif of the zodiac bottle for the Year of the Dragon is "a dragon overlooking Mt. Chokai." A dragon stares at Mt. Chokai, a famous mountain in Shonai covered with snow, under a sky that turns red at the first sunrise. I drew a scene that symbolizes the New Year in Yamagata.
A Junmai Daiginjo brewed with white koji that is only produced once a year by Tatenokawa Sake Brewery. We carefully create a balance of sweetness and sourness and a pleasant drinking experience.
The moment you put it in your mouth, a refreshing fruit-like aroma spreads out, and the sourness derived from white koji and gentle sweetness are characteristic, creating a taste suitable for the cheerful feeling of welcoming the new year.
