Sake lees shochu with a new sense of ginjo aroma

Junmai Daiginjo sake lees with a gorgeous and sweet aroma. We distilled under reduced pressure the fresh ones within 3 days after squeezing. Only 20 liters of shochu can be obtained from 200 kg of sake lees.
By lowering the pressure and distilling at a low temperature, it has a fragrant and elegant taste similar to "Junmai Daiginjo Tatenogawa".
Enjoy it not only on the rocks, but also with soda.
