Unfiltered, undiluted, unheated, the ultimate freshly pressed unpasteurized sake

This sake has six "nothings."
"Unfiltered" "No water added" as it is when it is brewed "Unheated" as a raw sake with a rich flavor "No foaming" as a fresh unpasteurized sake "No time left" as it is bottled on the day it is pressed into the tank, retaining its natural fizz, in our mad pursuit of fresh, delicious flavor.

The third in the series, "Red Bottle," is made using 100% "Yuki Megami," the finest sake rice from Yamagata Prefecture. It has a delicate flavor and a beautiful, lingering aftertaste that spreads throughout your mouth.
The bottle is a crimson color that evokes the image of a goddess, and expresses the elegant and supple taste that is characteristic of the Snow Goddess, yet still has a crisp flavor.
