This sake has six "nothings."
"Unfiltered" "No water added" as it is when it is brewed "Unheated" as a raw sake with a rich flavor "No foaming" as a fresh unpasteurized sake "No time left" as it is bottled on the day it is pressed into the tank, retaining its natural fizz, in our mad pursuit of fresh, delicious flavor.

The second in the series, the green bottle, is made from 100% Dewa Sansan produced by contracted farmers in Shonai. It has a smooth taste, with a gentle sweetness and umami flavor that spreads delicately on the palate.
