Autumn's Glory Fuji "GRAVITY".
The distinctive feature of this brewery is that it is engaged in "four seasons brewing," which is rare in Yamagata Prefecture. They have prepared the environment and facilities to continue brewing sake throughout the year, and every month they release fresh unfiltered raw sake. They named it "Gravity" after the image of a sake that is drawn to you to drink two or three glasses when paired with autumn ingredients.
The fruity flavor makes it a good dessert drink. It also goes well with seasonal fruits such as peaches and pears .
