Autumn's Eikofuji "GRAVITY."
This brewery is unique in Yamagata Prefecture for its "four-season brewing," an uncommon practice in the region. With facilities that allow brewing year-round, they release fresh, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake every month. This sake was named "Gravity" because it evokes the image of a drink that draws you in for a second or third glass, especially when paired with autumn ingredients.
Its richly fruity flavor also makes it a great dessert sake. Pairing it with seasonal fruits like peaches or pears from this time of year is also an excellent choice.
