The image of Japanese sake is a completely different type of alcohol.
Rokkasen comes from the same brewery as Yamaboshi, but this one called Hitotoki is a low-alcohol low-malt beer.
Just pouring it into a glass does not make you think it is sake.
The bubbles of carbonic acid are fine, the balance between acidity and sweetness is good, and it feels refreshing. Try new types of sake.
