This is a new sake brewed from local sake rice "Dewasansan", polished to 55%.
One sip reveals a fresh finish with the fragrance of muscat grapes. From a clean umami, a sharp acidity tightens the aftertaste. Enjoy the beautiful taste that pairs well with a wide range of dishes.
