Yonezawa is a castle town of 150,000 koku of Uesugi domain Yonezawa Domain, which was founded by Kenshin Uesugi, a hero of the Warring States period.
We named this sake Nihon Hibiki, and placed Kenshin's war flag, the Konji Hinomaru, on a dark blue background.
Junmai Ginjo sake made by highly-polished rice suitable for sake brewing, and made by long-term low-temperature fermentation in the cold season.
A well-balanced sake with an elegant, full-bodied aroma and soft mouthfeel.
