This sake boasts an enhanced blend: Junmai sake polished to 70% from Yamagata Prefecture's "Dewasato" sake rice, blended with Tokubetsu Junmai polished to 55%. It's an affordable and highly recommended bottle with a rich aroma and refreshing taste that pairs perfectly with summer ingredients. The Venetian blue bottle also offers a visually cooling effect.
