The brewery's first new sake!

This "Hatsushibori" is the first freshly pressed Junmai sake of the season. The raw rice used is "Yukigesho" from the local town of Yuza. The sake is pressed from the mash that has been carefully fermented at low temperature and bottled as is.
The price is reasonable, so please enjoy the fresh aroma of new sake and the concentrated deliciousness of unblended sake.
