First new sake from the brewery!

This season's first freshly squeezed Junmai sake is "Hatsushibori." The raw rice used is ``Yukimei'' grown locally in Yuza Town. The sake is carefully fermented at low temperatures and then bottled as is.
At an affordable price, please enjoy the fresh aroma of new sake and the concentrated deliciousness of unprocessed sake.
