We are releasing a limited quantity of 300 bottles of junmai genshu (undiluted sake) that has been aged for six months in barrels previously used for Yuza Distillery whisky.The sake used is junmai genshu made from Yamagata's "Dewanosato" sake-brewing rice, polished to 80%, and then aged for six months at a low temperature in whisky barrels from the highly acclaimed Yuza Distillery, known for its high-quality Japanese whisky. The rich rice flavor, characteristic of genshu, harmonizes with the aroma of the barrel, allowing you to enjoy it with food at various temperatures, from chilled to warm sake.With its chic black bottle and label inspired by a barrel, it also makes an excellent gift!
