[Freshly made Nouveau wine]

This is a refreshing sweet wine made in 2024. It is made from late-harvested Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. It was slowly fermented at low temperatures in a winery at the foot of Mt. Gassan, surrounded by trees. It is a refreshing sweet white wine with a sweet grape aroma. It can be enjoyed with delicate dishes such as Japanese cuisine, and is recommended as a table wine .
