2019 Brewed Product All Japan New Sake Appraisal Award Winning Sake
"Yukimegami" is a new rice suitable for sake brewing developed by Yamagata Prefecture following "Dewa Sansan" and "Dewanosato". It was developed to create high-quality daiginjo sake entirely from Yamagata Prefecture, rather than relying on Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice, for daiginjo sake.
The snow goddess was polished to 40%, and all the raw materials were used in Yamagata.
The fragrance is refreshing and gorgeous to the extent that it never gets in the way.
