The first new sake from the Somura brand is "Winter Jungin Namasake."
This sake is made using Gohyakumangoku rice, which is rarely used in Yamagata. The quality of the Gohyakumangoku sake brewed by Somura is impeccable! Once again, the sake is bursting with a fresh, delicious flavor, like biting into a whole Muscat grape. The label and contents are both beautiful, so this is a must-try!
