We use fresh, medium-sized Kinka mackerel caught in the Ishinomaki fish market.
It has a good fat nori and has a very good taste. Of course, we don't use any frozen ingredients, and we use the Kinoya's special fresh pack method to immediately finish canning the fresh mackerel that is landed in the morning. Ingredients such as locally-produced miso and raw sugar from Kikaijima Island are used as raw materials. It is a limited amount of canned food for a limited time production. Everything is hand-packed by Kinoya employees, so when you open the can, it is packed very neatly.
