This Junmai Ginjo sake is made with Yamagata's brand of edible rice, "Tsuyahime." This premium rice was developed following in the footsteps of "Koshihikari" and "Haenuki," both of which originated from "Kame no O."
It has a light aroma and a rich, soft flavor that brings out the characteristics of the rice.
