This is the Jikagumi nama-sake (unpasteurized sake directly from the press) of "Omachi," the brewery's flagship Junmai Ginjo, which many fans eagerly await each year. The greatest charm of Jikagumi is its slightly cloudy flavor. This season's brew has received a seal of approval from Toji Mitobe.

Similar to last year, we have also prepared a version using the Yokoyama-style press (Yoko-oshi). Please enjoy the difference from the traditional Fune press (Tate-oshi) used until now.
