The pristine "Inazo," brewed with new rice, is now ready for shipment. This month, we're delivering the very first batch of Inazo, meticulously crafted by our brewers, as freshly pressed "Nama" (unpasteurized sake).

Upon tasting, you'll experience a sparkling, effervescent sensation and the vibrant aroma characteristic of new sake. Please savor the fresh, lively quality, as if you were sampling it directly at the brewery. It's best enjoyed with hot pot dishes or seasonal seafood!
