The brewery's first new sake, "Usu Nigori"

This extremely popular sake is a must-try among the new sake lineup. If I had to describe its taste in one word, it would be "grapefruit juice for adults."
It has a distinctive citrus flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. You'll definitely want to drink more than one glass at a time! Just be careful not to drink too much.

As a new attempt this season, we are also offering a version that uses the "Yokoyama-style" squeezing machine that we introduced two years ago. This was an experiment to see what kind of difference it would make compared to the previous version that used the traditional vat.
Also, in order to enhance the flavor a little more than usual, we have adjusted the cloudiness a little more. We hope you will enjoy this as well.
