In order to bring out the characteristics of Muscat Bailey Type A grown under contract in the Asahi-machi area of Yamagata Prefecture, and to obtain a concentrated juice, we performed "Saigne" and fermented it slowly at a low temperature. A sweet rosé wine with a sweet and gorgeous fruity aroma and a refreshing acidity. Since it does not use barrels, you can enjoy "marriage" with a wide range of dishes.
