Mitsuo Yamakawa is an ambitious unit formed by four breweries in Yamagata Prefecture.

They were named after each letter of the brand name and brought to life.

This season's Mitsuo Yamakawa even traveled to space.
With the theme of ``timeless sake brewing'', Mitsuo is looking to the near future and locks in a small amount of Co2 in his sake for the sake of the environment.
Thinking about the coming year 2050, we created our first low-alcohol sake.
