This limited edition product was released to express gratitude for the 35th anniversary of the brewery's relocation from Nanukamachi, Yamagata City to the beautiful Takase district of Yamagata City.
This is a Daiginjo sake made by hand by the brewers using the same preparation method as the sake entered in the tasting competition, polishing the sake-making rice "Yamada Nishiki" to 35%, and painstakingly crafting it. We are grateful not only for the quality of the sake, but also for the price and label.
This is the brewery's finest sake, which has been recognized at numerous competitions and tasting events, so please enjoy its gorgeous aroma and elegant taste.
