The unblended version of the standard sake "Okarakuchi Junmai Taitora". This season, the press has been renewed and the product has been given a makeover! The label features an impressive contrast of green, yellow, and black.
In order to brew a strong, dry sake, we have cultivated a strong yeast (Kyokai yeast No. 7). Although it is dry, you can enjoy the rich, robust flavor that only unprocessed sake can offer.
