This is a brand of Oura wine that won the gold medal at Japan Wine Competition 2023, the largest wine competition in Japan.
We use Steuben table grapes grown in this prefecture, and in order to further increase the fruit juice's already high sugar content, we freeze the squeezed juice to remove water. The ingredients are condensed to create a rich, honey-like juice, which is then fermented over time and effort. You can enjoy the aroma and elegant sweetness derived from Steuben.
