Daisen Junmaishu Kahachiro Dry
This brewery is brewed using underground water from the Akagawa River, which has a richer flow than Mt. Gassan, the highest peak in the Dewa Sanzan Mountains, and the Asahi Mountain Range.
This is a genuine local sake made from rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture, carefully polished at our own rice mill, and brewed during the harsh winter months of cold waves from Siberia.
This is a dry Junmai sake with a gentle scent and a good balance between the natural flavor of rice and the sharp taste. It goes well with a wide range of dishes as an accompaniment sake, and can be enjoyed cold or hot at your preferred temperature.
